In great news for the Juniors, Dr Rowan Burgess and his team at Warners Bay Dental have re-newed their sponsorship for 2024. 

The sponsorship agreement involves supplying and fitting mouthguards for our young players who make an appointment.

Recompense involves accepting the rebate from a player’s parents health insurance company, or by charging 50% of the normal fee if the player’s parents are not covered by a health fund.

If your child requires a new mouthguard, please contact Warners Bay Dental and advise the receptionist that you are from The Waratahs Junior Rugby Union Club when making a booking as this will assist Rowan with bookings.

Warners Bay Dental is open on Saturday morning for those who find it difficult making an appointment during the week. 

Rowan was a senior grade player with the club in the 1970s and Captain/Coach of the First Grade team in 1981. He is currently Chair of the Hawthorne Club which financially supports Rugby in the Hunter Region.
